SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ENTRY YEAR 10 OR YEAR 11 – 2021

The 2021 Year 10 or Year 11 Entry Scholarship Program is offered to provide exceptional educational opportunities for up to three new students aspiring to complete Year 12 at Moama Anglican Grammar.

What the Scholarship Covers

Three scholarships are being offered covering 50%, 75% or 100% of all compulsory fees and charges for 2021, 2022 and 2023. Parents are required to provide a laptop/tablet or similar device, pay for textbooks (including levy if applicable), school uniform, travel expenses and other optional items not covered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, student applicants should demonstrate that they:

  •         are completing Year 9 or Year 10 in 2020
  •         have sufficient self-confidence and personal support to enter a new school
  •         have the intention of continuing to Year 12.

Year 10 or Year 11 Entry 2021 Scholarship Selection Criteria

Academic levels and achievements of students are considered but are not the predominant criteria for selection. Selection is based on demonstrated commitment to Moama Anglican Grammar’s Core Values of Compassion, Respect and Integrity.

MUSIC/PERFORMING ARTS SCHOLARSHIP 2021

This 2021 Performing Arts Scholarship Program is offered to provide exceptional educational opportunities to students aspiring to contribute to our co-curricular programs and complete their secondary schooling at Moama Anglican Grammar. It is open to both current and new students of Moama Anglican Grammar.

What the Performing Arts Scholarship Covers
The Performing Arts Scholarship may cover up to 75% of all compulsory fees and charges for 2021, 2022 and 2023. Parents are required to provide a laptop /tablet (Years 9 – 12) or similar device, pay for textbooks (including levy if applicable), school uniform, travel expenses and other optional items not covered.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, student applicants should demonstrate:
• Musical achievements or Dramatic achievements
• Literacy and numeracy levels equivalent to their year level expectations
• Sufficient self-confidence and personal support to enter a new school
• The intention of continuing to Year 12.

BURSARIES

With the establishment of a Bursary Fund our School can offer a Bursary enrolment for students experiencing financial hardship to either commence or continue studying at Moama Anglican Grammar.
